Summary
The Program Manager - Behavioral is the clinical and administrative leader for patient care unit and has 24-hour/7-day accountability for operational excellence. The Program Manager- Behavioral is accountable for financial and quality outcomes and will operate in a clinical role as needed for patient care.
Job Requirements
- Masters from an accredited school required.
- Current Maine LCSW license required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of Behavioral Health experience required.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience.
- Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training at hire or obtained before completion of orientation.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to exercise initiative, sound judgment, and problem-solving techniques in the decision-making process.
- Ability to positively handle high-stress situations.
