What are the responsibilities and job description for the SERGEANT position at Covenant Health?
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
- Previous security experience preferred.
- Successfully complete CPI training program and re-certify every two years.
- A valid driver’s license
- Excellent surveillance, observation skills, and attention to detail
- Good physical condition and offer an impeccable appearance while setting high professional standards.
- Advanced computer skills.
- Knowledge of medical/security terminology is beneficial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- The ability to speak, read, write, and understand written instructions in English is required
