Our state-of-the-art Sleep Center is expanding, and we are looking for a skilled and compassionate Sleep Medicine Physician to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview :
As a Sleep Medicine Physician at Covenant HealthCare, you will have the opportunity to work in a high-quality, 8-bed sleep center with plans for expansion to 10 beds, including specialized rooms for pediatric patients, one of which will be equipped for children with sensory needs. You will play a key role in diagnosing and treating sleep disorders across a diverse patient population, providing both clinical expertise and patient-centered care.

- Comprehensive Services : Our sleep center provides a full range of sleep studies and treatments, including :
Polysomnography (PSG)
PAP titrationMultiple Sleep Latency Test (MSLT)Maintenance of Wakefulness Test (MWT)PAP NAP, iVAPS, ASV, and Inspire studiesMultidisciplinary Team : Collaborate with a dedicated team of 8 registered sleep technicians, including techs with CCSH and pediatric certifications, plus 2 medical assistants and 1 sleep tech trainee.Advanced Education Programs : Work alongside an in-house training program currently pending AASM accreditation, which will support training for new techs locally and potentially from other facilities.Innovative Care Programs : Lead initiatives such as the PAP Compliance Clinic, Inpatient Sleep Navigator Program, and monthly Healthy Sleep Support Groups.Key Responsibilities :
Conduct and interpret comprehensive sleep studies across a broad patient demographic, from pediatric to geriatric patients.Lead efforts in patient education, with a strong focus on the impact of sleep disorders on overall health.Engage in collaborative care and facilitate direct referrals through our open lab model.Mentor and guide sleep technicians through our forthcoming AASM-accredited in-house training program.Foster a culture of teamwork and learning, with a commitment to expanding pediatric services and addressing the needs of underserved populations.Ideal Candidate Profile :
