Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Revenue Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive, scalable revenue strategy to achieve and exceed ambitious growth targets.
- Sales Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales and business development team, fostering a culture of excellence and achievement.
- Strategic Partnership Development: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with ISOs, brokers, and other key industry stakeholders to expand distribution channels and drive revenue growth.
- Market Analysis & Strategy Refinement: Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive insights to inform and refine sales strategies and tactics.
- Performance Measurement & Optimization: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure revenue targets are met and continuously optimize sales performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing and product teams to enhance lead generation, improve conversion rates, and align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- New Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and develop innovative strategies to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
- MCA Industry Expertise: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in the Merchant Cash Advance (MCA), alternative lending, or financial services industry.
- Executive Leadership Experience: 5 years of progressive leadership experience in sales, revenue, or business development roles, with a demonstrable track record of success.
- Results-Driven Mindset: A strong, results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to scale revenue, optimize sales teams, and drive measurable results.
- Team Building & Development: Extensive experience in building, training, and developing high-performing sales teams.
