Customer Service Rep/Renewal Specialist

Covenant Insurance Group is hiring for an Insurance Customer Service Representative/Renewal Specialist to join our growing team!

Qualifications for the Insurance Customer Service Representative/Renewal Specialist:

· Property & Casualty license is preferred, employee must be able to obtain within 30 days of offer date

· At least 1 year of insurance sales or client-facing experience is required

· Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior

· Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening

· Must have strong interpersonal communication skills

· Must be motivated and determined

· Must be a team player with a positive attitude

· Excellent Attention to detail, ability to multi-task

Responsibilities for the Insurance Customer Service Representative/Renewal Specialist:

· Assist with policy renewals, including payments and ensuring policies are renewed

· May assist with non-coverage policy changes, endorsements, and quotes

· Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed

· Maintain compliance standards and procedures

· Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

· Contact clients proactively regarding policy renewals, late payments, cancellations/non-renewals

· Focus on retention of current accounts through superb customer service

· Seek new business opportunites through cross-selling, multi-line recommendations, and referrals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
