As a Reimbursement Coordinator, RN, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents and bringing peace of mind to their families.
What You'll Do:
- Ensure accurate completion of Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) and Minimum Data Set (MDS) in compliance with State and Federal regulations.
- Identify care planning issues and coordinate CAA summaries with interdisciplinary staff involvement.
- Optimize reimbursement with PPS by establishing timely ARD dates.
- Supervise the care planning process to create personalized care plans reflecting residents' needs and preferences.
We're Looking for Someone Who Has:
- A nursing degree and a current RN license in good standing.
- 2 years of experience working with geriatric clients and 1-2 years of MDS and care plan development under MDS 3.0.
- 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Strong nursing skills, keen attention to detail, and proficiency in assessment and observation.
- Computer and technological literacy.
