About the Job
- Oversee compliance with all applicable regulations in the healthcare industry
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and patient outcomes
- Lead the development of procedures, policies, best practices, and standards of care
- Collaborate with senior leadership, department heads, other administrators, and providers to achieve organizational goals
Key Responsibilities
- Establish resident care standards, monitor results, and adjust activity as part of Covenant's Quality Assessment/Performance Improvement (QAPI) program
- Provide leadership for clinical software, call systems, and available technology for care venues
- Identify opportunities for staff development and continuing education
- Oversee the safe staff-to-patient ratio at all times
Requirements
- Graduate of a School of Nursing for registered nurses is required
- Master's degree in nursing or related healthcare field is required
- Nursing Certification in a related nursing specialty is required
- Minimum 15 years in progressive leadership and management roles in healthcare administration within a multi-site company are required
