The Reimbursement Coordinator, RN is a vital member of the healthcare team responsible for ensuring accurate and timelyreimbursement for the services provided by the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of medical coding, billingpractices, and healthcare regulations.
In this role the Reimbursement Coordinator, RN will :
- Timely and accurate completion of the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI), including the Minimum Data Set (MDS) as
prescribed by State and Federal regulations
and preferences of individual residents and ensures the care plan schedules are distributed to IDT members.
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE :
Required Degree : Associate's degree, Nursing
Preferred Degree : Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field
Certificate(s) :
Registered Nurse in the state. RN license must be active and in good standing. Active licensure status maintained.
CPR, if required by state
Experience : 2 years

Compensation Pay Range :
75,600.00 - $92,978.46
Reasonable Pay Estimate
A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $75,600.00 - $92,978.46. There are numerous factors taken into consideration in determining the actual offered rate of pay, including but not limited to : job-related qualifications, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and consideration of internal and external equity.
