Pay Range: $33,196.80-$49,795.20
Pay Grade: 3

Full Health Benefits Package
Performs body repairs on class 8 equipment. Has a general knowledge of body repairs of mechnical systems, can perform basic repairs with little supervision, and follows training as set by supervisor.
Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs on class 8 equipment within employee current skill level.
- Inspect equipment during the repair process to determine if additional repairs are necessary.
- Prepares vehicles for body repair work
- Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment
- Employee may perform other related duties as required to meet the ongoing needs of Covenant Transport Services.
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to understand, communicate, read, and write the English language.
- Must have the physical ability to lift 50 lbs. on a consistent basis and
- 95 lbs. on a frequent basis to mount tires.
- Must have physical ability to climb, bend and stoop.
- Must have physical ability to work while on feet at all times, ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Must have tools to perform skills for this level
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
