Maintenance Coordinator

The Maintenance Clerk will serve as an administrative professional within the Driver Support and Maintenance Administration areas. The role is responsible for processing various types of billing invoices in the Driver Support department and entering data in various platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Answer billing phone calls in a prompt, professional, and timely manner.
• Works with vendors and Driver Support Triage 1 and 2 agents on billing discrepancies or questions.
• Prints and prepares invoices and keeps invoices organized as requested.
• Enters invoice charges in asset maintenance system using VRMS codes.
• Create Virtual Payments and send payments to vendor.
• Meets established deadline of invoice payment to vendors.
• Maintain Indexing and DOT inspection documentation.
• Must have the ability to work from home if/when necessary

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

The system will be objective and non-discriminatory.

Pay Range: $16.41-$24.24

Pay Grade: 4
