We are immediately hiring for a few competent full-time and part-time unarmed Security Officers/Armed Security Guards to undertake the physical security and protection of our properties. You will be responsible for physical security, detecting any suspicious behavior, weapons screening, customer service and preventing vandalism, thefts or other criminal behavior. An unarmed Security Officer/ unarmed Security must be well-trained in physical security practices, surveillance and dealing with high-end guests. The ideal candidate will inspire respect and authority as well as possess a high level of customer service skills and desire. Responsibilities

• Provide security patrols regularly to maintain order and establish presence
• Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people in the property
• Remove wrongdoers or trespassers from the area
• Secure all exits, doors and windows after end of operations
• Investigate people for suspicious activity or possessions
• Respond to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation
• Provide assistance to people in need
• Submit electronic reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences

Skills

• World class customer service skills
• Familiarity with electronic report writing
• Excellent surveillance and observation skills
• FL Class D Security License is required
• Fl Class G Security License is required
• High School diploma or GED is required
• Ability to stand or walk for up to 6 hours per shift
