What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN / LPN Charge Nurse (PRN) position at Covenant Woods?

We are actively seeking RN's and LPN's in a PRN capacity to join our team and assist our residents in the newly expanded assisted living, memory support, and healthcare departments. Previous RN/LPN experience is a plus, as well as experience in an assisted living setting. As an RN/LPN, you will be responsible for the well-being and nursing care of all residents assigned to him or her during the shift, maintain out resident's rights, supervise the staff of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), and responds to emergencies.
PRN requirements include: work a minimum of 3 shifts per month to include 1 weekend; 1 major holiday (Christmas, Thanksgiving); and 1 minor holiday (Labor Day, Good Friday).
Experience:
Two years of progressive nursing experience, preferably in a long term care setting.
Previous Assisted Living or Healthcare Experience (Preferred)
Supervisory experience (preferred)
License:
RN/LPN License (Required)
Current CPR Certification - BLS/Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Providers
