Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Delivering delegated tasks assigned by supervisors
- Receiving and responding to customer requests via various channels
- Documenting issues within our CRM using specific guidelines
- Analyzing reports to ensure issues are prioritized and resolved based on service level agreements
- Researching multiple system applications to identify root causes of issues
- Working to resolve issues within your unit or outside it
