Requirements
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in insurance regulatory compliance, licensing, and form filings
- Experience with SERFF or other regulatory compliance filing systems
- Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product
- Experience interacting with state insurance regulators
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with privacy and data protection laws is helpful but not required
- Draft, file, and maintain insurance department filings, including license applications and form approvals, for multiple regulated entities in the life insurance space
- Prepare and submit required reports, including annual and quarterly regulatory filings
- Assist with responses to regulatory inquiries
- Track, update, and maintain licensing databases
- Collaborate with colleagues and advise on regulatory and legal matters
