Our goal is to provide a competitively priced product while making the landlord's life easier. We are looking for an individual who is competent with 21st-century technology, wants to learn about real estate investing, and has energy.

What You’ll Do:

- Prepare surfaces (scraping, sanding, filling holes, etc.)

- Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or sprayers

- Mix and match colors for the perfect finish

- Protect surrounding areas from paint splatter

- Maintain and clean painting tools and equipment

- Follow safety guidelines and use protective gear

What We’re Looking For:

- Basic painting tools required (we provide specialty tools like sprayers and ladders)
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as scrapers, sanders, and brushes
- Knowledge of construction estimating to accurately assess materials and labor needed for projects
- Bonus if you have skills in plastering, carpentry, masonry, or concrete finishing
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Physically able to stand, bend, and lift heavy items as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Work Location: On the road
