We are looking for a driven and organized professional to join our team. Responsibilities include:

- Managing a team of 8 painters
- Overseeing quality control for all projects
- Ensuring profitability across all jobs in the market

Requirements
- General knowledge of home construction
- Strong work ethic and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Painting experience is not required
