About the role
As Covera Health looks to expand its provider network and provider-facing offerings, this is a critical role for the company. We are looking for a dynamic teammate who can think strategically, add value and collaborate across the organization (in particular with product, marketing, clinical, and operations) to drive business development efforts with the radiology community in the United States. This person will be a key player on the team, and work directly with radiology practices and the radiology departments of hospitals and health systems to equip them with the latest in AI and quality tools.
In this role, you will be expected to:
- Formulate new approaches to engage radiology practices and the radiology departments of hospitals and health systems
- Work effectively across internal teams (product, marketing, clinical, operations) to align on goals and gather input needed
- Understand complex market dynamics translate that into actionable strategies
- Be nimble and adaptable – this is a fast moving market and priorities / product strategies can shift quickly
Special Considerations:
While we are a remote-first company, we do have a NYC office at Penn 1. Many of our local employees come into the office for collaboration and connection, and we have a strong preference for this hire to be local. There is 25% travel associated with this role.
Your profile:
- 7-10 years of progressive experience in strategy, business development, or partnerships within healthcare, and preferably in the value-based care space
- Proven track record of closing deals and/or managing partnerships at an enterprise level
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to C-level executives, clinicians, and operational stakeholders
- Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution—comfortable operating in a growth-stage environment with limited resources.
- High degree of resilience and grit—this role involves pushing into new markets, facing potential rejection, and iterating quickly.

The minimum and maximum salary for this position ranges from $140,000 to $180,000, in addition to a discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits package. Final salary will be based on a number of factors including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, expertise and location.
