Job Description :
As a Cutting Screen Printer on our second shift, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment used for digital printing, sheeting, and silk screening processes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production.
Essential Functions :
- Receive daily work order assignments from the Supervisor.
- Setup, operate, and unload equipment as per work orders and instructions.
- Maintain quality assurance standards and ensure high production efficiency.
- Practice energy conservation and maintain good housekeeping of work areas and equipment.
- Achieve quality levels of 97% and production efficiency of 80% within 90 days.

This position is for our 2nd shift, scheduled Monday through Thursday : 4 : 05 PM - 1 : 35 AM, Friday : 9 : 35 AM - 1 : 35 PM. Must be available to work overtime as needed.
