Must be able to operate automated benders and assist in assembly and packaging of orders. Will be able to pull stock and package stock orders. Must be able to pass a Forklift Certification Exam.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Must be able to operate fabricating machines including, drill presses, grinders and manual benders.
• Assemble metal bimini top frames and kayak seats using handheld drills and air riveters.
• Must maintain quality assurance standards.
• Must be able to follow detailed assembly instructions, processes and procedures.
• Must be able to assist with loading trucks.
• Boxing of fully assembled and ups-able bimini tops.
• Must be able to work in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• General housekeeping by keeping area clean and organized.
• Anything else deemed necessary.

AUTHORITY:

• All personnel are responsible for quality and therefore have the authority to stop production, if necessary to correct quality problems.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Knowledge in the proper use of power equipment and basic hand tools.
• Must be able to understand simple written English instructions.
• Must be able to communicate effectively.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have 20/20 vision or correction to 20/20.
• Must be able to stand entire shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.
• Must be able to work in moderate noise levels.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have manual dexterity.
• Must have full range of motion, including but not limited to, standing, bending, walking, twisting, grasping and reaching as necessary to complete the job assigned.
