SECURITY ACCOUNT MANAGER

Salary: $100,000 annually, depending on experience and certifications.

Location: Southern California

Shift: Monday through Friday, with some evenings, and rapid response call outs

Position: Security Account Manager

Covered6 Security (www.Covered6.com) is seeking a highly experienced Security Account Manager.

1. The ideal candidate will possess private security management experience or law enforcement experience at the supervisory level, and possess an in-depth understanding of both physical and electronic security measures.

2. The ideal candidate will possess a CCW or HR 218 status.

3. Candidates must have prior Security Account Management Experience for at least 2 years, with supervision of 10 or more employees.

4. Experience must include scheduling, training, counseling, and terminations.

5. Candidates must be super friendly, outgoing, exhume energy, and exhume positivity.

6. Candidates must be highly articulate.

7. Stoic or introverted personalities need not apply.

8. Candidates must possess strong administrative skills, including report preparation, authoring of policies and procedures, and all aspects of computer literacy.

9. Candidates must be in outstanding to excellent physical fitness condition to set an example to subordinates and project the Covered 6 brand.

10. This position will require a mix of both office and field work, working as a field security officer and security supervisor, both under sometimes stressful and physically demanding environments.

11. The ideal candidate will have first-hand experience with a Visitor Welcoming system.

12. The account manager will be personally responsible for the training of all subordinates on but not limited to:

    1. Camera monitoring

    2. Patrol functions and techniques

    3. Interaction with law enforcement

    4. Visitor, vendor and guest entry policies and procedures

    5. Criminal intrusion contact and arrest policies and procedures

Employment Requirements:

• California Guard Card

• Valid Driver’s License

• Pass employment verification and background check

• Valid US Citizenship or Permanent Alien Residency

• High level of emotional intelligence, articulation, and critical thinking skills

• Warm, friendly, outgoing, with a persuasive leadership style

• Professional appearance (military or law enforcement)

• Mature and positive attitude

• Must be in outstanding to excellent physical fitness condition

• Honorable military service is preferred
