Personal Lines Account Executive Job Description:
- Inbound Sales: New Business Cross Sell & Retention Specialist for House Business This position is intended to be an inbound sales & retention position, specifically focusing on new business growth and retention of CoVerica House business, placing principal emphasis on enhancing the Client Experience
- Interacting with customers through various channels to offer comprehensive support and guidance to existing clients.
- Handling inbound client retention and account rounding activities within agency
- cross-selling additional lines of business to round out accounts, help maintain and grow profitability.
- department specific retention objectives, such as book roll, as well as other directives specific to inbound agency retention
- inbound customer engagement specifically focused on agency retention of both CoVerica’ s house book of business, as well as in support of current CoVerica personal lines producers.
- understanding each customer’s unique needs and recommending tailored insurance solutions by reviewing their entire account
- completing a comprehensive review of the client’s renewals. (Review coverages, inquire about life changes, identify coverage gaps, recommend coverage upgrades/new policies as appropriate
- recognizing opportunities to promote additional insurance products, policy upgrades by way of endorsements and policy benefits on current policy renewals and using front-line underwriting to identify good candidates for shopping their renewals within our marketplace.
- obtaining and retaining trailing documents. (i.e., proof of discount eligibility, automatic payment agreements, applications, cancellation forms, etc.)
- staying up to date on market & industry trends, educating client during review process, selling value not price during inbound remarket process
- utilizing Sales Force/AMS 360 to maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details.
- a TX Property & Casualty license or willing to obtain license (must be actively working on P&C and must be actively licensed within 30 days of hire)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues in a professional manner
- Display detail-oriented focus, strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Display Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
