Staying up-to-date on industry trends and changes.

Meeting sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, as set forth by team lead.

Requirements

Insurance license valid in the state of Texas

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

2-4 years Insurance Sales experience preferred

Ability to speak Spanish is a plus

Base pay competitive commission. Base salary determined based on experience and qualifications.
