Job Summary:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the inspection and release processes for both incoming and returned products. This includes downloading temperature recorder data, communicating results to clients, obtaining necessary client approvals, electronically storing inspection records, managing the disposition of temperature recorders, and handling product retention.
- Support the generation and analysis of daily temperature graphs, assigning alarm investigation responsibilities to the appropriate manager.
- Assist in the calibration and alarm testing processes to ensure company compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Contribute to relabeling and kitting operations to meet client requests.
- Participate in special projects as needed.
- Work hours are from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM ET.
- Typically, 0-2 years of relevant experience is required. A degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
