We are looking to hire a Sales Operations Associate (Commercial Operations Associate) who is dedicated to enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of sales and client success operations at Rx Savings Solutions. Reporting to our Director of Commercial Operations, this role will work collaboratively with our commercial sales, client success teams, and other cross-functional teams to help maintain efficiency within our CRM, Salesforce, and other related systems and processes.This individual helps play a key role in ensuring our data within Salesforce is clean and accurate, ensuring proper processes are being followed, and reporting information out of Salesforce.
*Our ideal candidate will reside in the metropolitan area of Columbus, OH. Position will primarily allow for remote working with occasional in-office support for presence for key meetings.

What You’ll Do:
As a Commercial Operations Associate your daily to-dos will shift with business needs, but here's a snapshot of what to expect:
- Complete daily tasks pertaining to our client contracting process for new business and client renewals,including contract routing, gathering necessary approvals, file keeping, and sending regularly scheduledprogress reports to key stakeholders.
- Ensure that all closed won sales opportunities are properly accounted for and prepared for finance andour customer support teams.
- Assist the commercial team with Salesforce data entry and hygiene, as well as any Salesforce report anddashboard creation and/or modifications to existing ones.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to understand their operational needs and help achieve their goals.
- Assist with the creation, organization, and training of sales and client success training documentation,such as job aids for new hires and system or process updates.
Experience you’ll need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and 2 years’ experience of operations support using Salesforce
- Prior operations experience in a SaaS/software/technology industry preferred
- Effective communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to multitask and prioritize projects
- Able to meet deadlines when necessary
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
