Coverra Insurance Services is a growing company. Due to our growth, we are adding an additional position. The Coverra Insurance Services Team is looking for a Commercial Lines Customer Service Agent to help grow and maintain relationships with our customers!
Job Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday
Salary: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour

Commercial Lines Customer Service Agent - Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update client records within our agency management system.
- Prepares proposals and completes application in coordination with producers’ requests on new or renewal business.
- Submits applications to eligible and appropriate carriers; obtains client signatures on all applications
- Follows up to ensure timely receipt of quotations and policies
- Setup of agency billed and financed accounts. Takes appropriate action on any outstanding payment items or pending cancellations
- Maintains a cordial and professional relationship with all clients, co-workers, carriers, vendors, and other business contacts
Education and Experience Requirements
- Property and Casualty license required
- 5 years of Commercial insurance experience with an independent insurance agency
- Preferred candidate will have experience working with Brokers and Excess & Surplus lines
- Any experience working with Marine accounts is a plus
- Experience using Applied EPIC management system required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and related software
Work setting:
* Reside in Wisconsin, Minnesota or Michigan
