Coverra Insurance Services is a growing company. Due to our growth, we are adding an additional position. The Coverra Insurance Services Team is looking for an Employee Benefits Account Manager to help grow and maintain relationships with our customers!

Job Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday

Salary: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Employee Benefits Account Manager - Job Responsibilities:

• Meet client servicing standards relating to assigned book of business for all enrollment changes, coverage questions or renewal activity
• Prepare summaries of insurance, renewals, schedules, and proposals.
• Coordinate enrollment and informational meetings between client and carrier
• Maintain agency management system with up to date and accurate information at all times.
• Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Life & Health insurance license required
• 2 years of employee benefits insurance experience required
• Experience using Applied EPIC required
• Analytical and critical thinking with attention to detail required
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and related software

· Office or Remote
