Job Summary
This Senior AI Adoption Consultant position is responsible for driving the effective adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) across our organization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AI and related technologies, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Exploring and developing AI use cases to drive business value;
- Communicating and engaging stakeholders to ensure organizational awareness and participation in the AI program;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to foster mutual understanding and alignment of AI capabilities and business requirements.

- Responsible for the exploration, development, evaluation, and implementation of AI use cases;
- Responsible for communication and engagement initiatives that ensure organizational awareness and broad participation in the AI program;
- Responsible for collaboration and coordination with cross-functional teams to foster mutual understanding and alignment of AI capabilities and business requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Journalism, Business Process Management, Computer Science, IT Management, or a related field with 7 years of relevant work experience;
- Master's degree with 5 years' of relevant work experience; or PhD with 3 years' of relevant work experience;
- Extensive experience in the field of AI and related technologies;
- Experience working in an international environment with virtual teams.
