Job Description
The Senior Artificial Intelligence (AI) Adoption Consultant plays a critical role in navigating complex business processes and the rapidly evolving opportunities and risks of AI. This position promotes and facilitates the effective and efficient adoption of AI across Covestro, contributing to the implementation of AI initiatives in alignment with business objectives and IT architecture.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the field of AI and related technologies, with a strong ability to translate business opportunities and challenges into actionable applications and strategies. They will be responsible for communication and engagement initiatives that ensure organizational awareness and broad participation in the AI program.
This role requires a collaborative, team player mindset with the ability to interact and influence at all organizational levels. The successful candidate will have a core understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical methods, LLMs, and related AI topics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Journalism, Business Process Management, Computer Science, IT Management, or a related field with 7 years of relevant work experience;
- Master's degree with 5 years' of relevant work experience; or PhD with 3 years' of relevant work experience;
- Extensive experience in the field of AI and related technologies;
- Experience working in an international environment with virtual teams;
- Ability to navigate a rapidly evolving technological landscape;
- Friendly and confident demeanor with the ability to interact and influence at all organizational levels.
