About the Role
The Senior Artificial Intelligence (AI) Adoption Consultant plays a vital role in navigating complex business processes and leveraging AI opportunities and risks. They promote the effective adoption of AI across Covestro, contributing to the implementation of AI initiatives aligned with business objectives and IT architecture.
Major Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Exploring, developing, evaluating, and implementing AI use cases that translate business opportunities and challenges into tangible AI solutions
- Bridging between business units, functions, and technical teams to foster mutual understanding and alignment of AI capabilities and business requirements
- Developing and conducting training and support initiatives to ensure user-friendly adoption and optimized utilization of AI solutions across various user groups
- Measuring, interpreting, and communicating the impacts of generative AI solutions in the context of relevant financial and operational metrics
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Technical Journalism, Business Process Management, Computer Science, IT Management, or a related field with 7 years of relevant work experience; OR a Master's degree with 5 years' of relevant work; OR a PhD with 3 years' of relevant work experience
- Extensive experience in the field of AI and related technologies
- Experience working in an international environment with virtual teams
Preferred Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Master's degree or PhD
- Knowledge and skills in machine learning algorithms, statistical methods, LLMs, and related AI topics
- Ability to craft compelling narratives that convey insights and engage stakeholders
- Collaborative team player mindset
