Covestro Deutschland AG seeks an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead electrical project teams at our South Deerfield Site. This key role is responsible for developing and implementing electrical systems that enable safe and efficient production of Thermoplastic Polyurethane and Polycarbonate films.
About the Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of results
- Developing and utilizing root cause analysis techniques to identify issues with electrical equipment
- Providing technical support to production and maintenance teams in a 24/7 manufacturing environment
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) with 6 years of experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or maintenance environment
- Professional registrations and/or certifications are desirable
- Theromoplastic film extrusion and web handling experience is a plus
