What We Offer 

The Civil Structural Engineer provides support to projects, including CSA Technology and Engineering expertise to reach project targets 

Major Responsibilities 

• Provide support for CSA cost and schedule to reach project quality, cost and schedule 

• Provide CSA related inputs (Civil, Structure, Architectural, HVAC, Plumbing & Firefighting, Cost Evaluation, Modeling works, Plot Plan) to support project team with CSA know how 

• Provide support to all relevant CSA safety and permit activities to reach project safety goals 

• Prepare documentation for CSA (basic, detail, interface, final) in EPDS Project File Structure to ensure the delivery package fully compliance 

• Follow CSA related workflows and guidelines, coordinate technical personnel in view of legal obligation and company policy to ensure complete and consistent CSA design package

• Provide technical expertise in the tendering process and in negotiations with the Project EPC and suppliers to ensure project cost target can be achieved 

• Support expediting for all CSA critical items (eng. documents, technical goods) to ensure quality and quantity of CSA technical goods to execute project 

• Evaluate scope changes (reasons, schedule and financial impact) to support project manager steering project 

• Provide support to construction team with all Discipline-related issues to ensure all CSA regulations are compliant   

• Support preparation and execution of commissioning and start-up activities for Project to meet start-up requirements 

What You Offer 

Basic Qualifications 

• Bachelor's Degree with major in Civil, Structural Engineering and 8 years of relevant experience in engineering or project management

• Licensed Professional Engineer 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Project management experience

• Designing institute, Engineering company, Project owner background 

• Project experience: Civil/Structural Engineer role in €2 million projects (FEED, DED)
