Job Description:

As a Strategic Account Manager at Covet Health, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, creating comprehensive reporting packages, leading implementation projects, and serving as the day-to-day contact for client, member, and provider inquiries. This role is pivotal in maintaining and enhancing the satisfaction and loyalty of our clients through exceptional service and support.


Responsibilities:


  • Day-to-Day: Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client, broker, member, and provider requests, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Data Analysis: Develop and present customized reporting packages to clients, providing insights and value.
  • Enrollment: Support clients through open enrollment meetings, virtually or onsite. In addition, assist with processing ad-hoc enrollment updates throughout the plan year.
  • Retention: Create and maintain a feedback system to collect client satisfaction data from all relevant parties, including brokers, consultants, vendors, and carriers, to enhance business retention and revenue.
  • Renewal Project Coordination: Drive plan year renewal process through cross-team coordination and collaboration.
  • New Client Implementation: Oversee client onboarding and implementation, ensuring smooth transitions and timely project completion. This role involves coordinating tasks, resources, and timelines to meet client expectations and deliverables.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in account management and/or customer care, in the healthcare administration sector.
  • Strong background in customer service, with a track record of exceeding client expectations.
  • Experience in leading and managing projects, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with healthcare administration, understanding the nuances and requirements of the industry.
  • Ability to thrive in a start-up or fast-growing company environment, adapting quickly to changes and taking initiative.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.


Preferred Experience/Education:


  • Relevant industry experience (2 or more years) strongly preferred.
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
