Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Network Infrastructure Architect / Engineer to lead architectural strategy, solution design, and technical direction for enterprise infrastructure platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud computing, networking, and security frameworks, and be able to communicate and collaborate effectively with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Architectural Strategy Development:
- Develop and maintain infrastructure architectural roadmaps aligned with enterprise objectives and evolving business needs.
- End-to-End Solution Design:
- Lead the design of scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing banking and enterprise systems.
- Technology Evaluation & Innovation:
- Evaluate emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions; present findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders and technical teams.
- Technical Leadership & Collaboration:
- Provide strategic guidance to principal architects and engineering teams, ensuring consistent architectural practices across platforms.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Partner with executives, product teams, and external vendors to align business strategies with technical capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience:
- Proven experience as an infrastructure architect or senior engineer.
- Strong background in enterprise system integration and cloud computing (AWS, Azure preferred).
- Experience designing large-scale, secure infrastructure environments.
- Technical Skills:
- Deep knowledge of network infrastructure components and cloud-native architecture.
- Understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards.
- Leadership Skills:
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving enterprise-wide architectural decisions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders
