Role : PLM Program Manager

Location : Center Valley, PA (Onsite)

Duration : Long Term - Contract

Job Description:

Mandatory Skills: PLM-Teamcenter Application.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Lead the PLM transformation program, acting as the single point of contact (SPOC) for the implementation team.
2. Communicate with stakeholders, plan programs, and manage RAIDMap business processes and design solution architecture.
3. Provide functional and technical guidance to implementation teamsDrive program scope, schedule, and deliverables.
4. Collaborate and manage dependencies with internal teams and external third parties, including product vendors.
5. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
6. Monitor and report on program progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
7. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Skill Requirements:

1. Minimum of 15 years of experience in PLM consulting and implementation for various domains.
2. Experienced in Teamcenter PLM processes, solution mapping, configuration, customization.
3. Hands-on experience in the PLM field as a domain consultant or subject matter expert.
4. Strong functional and technical implementation knowledge of Teamcenter Raw Material and Formulation Management, Environmental Compliance, Quality Management, and Part and Change Management.
5. In-depth knowledge of Teamcenter PLM and other related offerings from Siemens.
6. Functional knowledge of Teamcenter Schedule Manager application, Security Model (Access Manager), and Organization.
7. Excellent communication and customer-facing skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end-users.
8. Proven ability to lead and manage large-scale transformation programs.
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
11. Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
12. Excellent communication skills
