Job Title: Integrated Case Manager
Job Location: 2799 W Grand Blvd, Detroit, MI 48202
Pay Range: $50 - $54/hour w2 benefits
Shift: 8:30AM - 5PM rotating schedule, weekend availability required
Duration: 13 week contract
REQUIRED:
- Previous acute inpatient case management experience, 3-5 years case management experience.
- Strong computer skills, Epic EMR experience, BLS certification from AHA.
- Candidates with utilization management, therapy, or telephonic case management experience are NOT appropriate for this position.
- Candidates wishing to convert to direct hire at the end of their assignment will need to have a Bachelor’s degree.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $50.00 - $54.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
