Job Summary
The Program Manager, working with our Business Solutions teams will understand the contractual and regulatory requirements specified by our Business Customers to ensure that Comcast is able to meet them. This will require a broad understanding of the solutions being sold and the efforts necessary to provide evidence of achieving the required controls.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Coordinates with the product teams to ensure successful launch of programs and products across Enterprise and SMB
- Act as liaison between Product and Operations teams to launch new programs
- Drive automation and tools efficiencies where possible: Consider opportunities for systems impacts and/or automation opportunities on projects
- Provides leadership and management to the Program Management team. Possesses staffing accountability, including recruitment and retention, hiring & firing, leadership and professional development and performance management.
- Provides support for corporate budgeting and budget tracking.
- Recommends and implements corrective action with the Program Management Office (PMO), as necessary, to improve performance.
- Trains, hires and develops PMO staff. Has performance management responsibilities. Responsible for staff performance and salary and bonus administration.
- Develops and maintains performance metrics to make informed recommendations for strategic decision making.
- Keeps abreast of new developments in project management methodologies, agile practices, best practices and industry standards.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Years of Experience: Generally requires 5-7 years of information security experience, including 2 years of regulatory requirements and/or audit experience

- Advanced knowledge of network & systems in a large environment

- Ability to understand contracts and legal language
Education Level: Bachelor s Degree or Equivalent
