Job Title: RN Case Manager

Job Location: Tuba City, AZ 86045

Shift- Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm & Weekend rotation with call

Pay Range- $75-$78/hour w2 Benefits

Duration- 3 Months

Experience:

· Must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience in the clinical care setting

· Experience and knowledge of discharge planning, case management, or utilization review processes.

· Demonstrate knowledge of electronic health record systems

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $75.00 - $78.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
