Job Title: Social Worker
Job Location: Syracuse, NY 13210
Shift: Days (8-hour). EOW. 40 hours/week.
Duration: 13 Weeks Contract, possible extension
Pay Rate: $60-62/hr. on W2 benefits
Job Requirements: Current New York State license. Active BLS required. The social worker provides comprehensive psycho-social assessment, intervention, management, support, and assess for discharge planning and aftercare needs of the at-risk patient population and their families
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $60.00 - $62.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
