Armed Field Supervisor - Part Time

This position involves supervising security officers, conducting regular site inspections, managing scheduling and compliance, and reporting daily activities to management. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, keen attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Note: This position requires working in both armed and unarmed security posts as needed.Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between the Operations Manager and security officers, ensuring clear communication and prompt responses to client needs.
• Enforce company policies and maintain compliance across all security sites.
• Assist with scheduling and managing officer assignments.
• Monitor schedules and address exceptions in the timekeeping system.
• Conduct routine site checks to ensure operational effectiveness.
• Participate in on-call responsibilities and provide support at security posts when needed.
• Work overnight shifts and be available on weekends.
• Work at both armed and unarmed posts as required by operational needs.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Active AZ DPS Armed Guard License (Required).
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Supervisory experience or prior leadership in security, law enforcement, or military preferred.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

Shifts Available:

• Part-time: Weekend day shift.
• Option to add additional non-supervisor shifts during the week to achieve full-time hours.
