Position Overview :

As an Armed Security Officer , you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees and visitors at a corporate facility. This role requires a valid Arizona DPS Armed Guard Card and a strong commitment to professionalism, safety, and customer service.

Responsibilities :

Provide security and protection for employees, visitors, and property

Conduct patrols, monitor activity, and enforce security protocols

Respond swiftly to emergencies, disturbances, and security incidents

Utilize strong de-escalation techniques to handle challenging situations

Maintain detailed reports on security events, incidents, and daily activity

Ensure compliance with all security procedures and post orders

Qualifications :

Must have a valid Arizona DPS Armed Guard Card

Must provide own weapon, duty belt, and protective vest

Strong leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Prior military or law enforcement experience is a plus
