Duties
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the market, providing information about products and services, as well as Farm history.
- Ensure organized and appealing presentation of Market items and produce.
- Restocking items as necessary to maintain product availability.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Promote special events, products, or promotions to enhance customer engagement.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the market space throughout operating hours.
Skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
