Covia is looking for a dynamic Floater who will have a positive impact on the Operations team at its Tamms, IL location.

The successful incumbent will have the following Key Accountabilities:

• Practice all facets of the safety and health policies while adhering to the SLAM risk method within the sphere of all tasks.
• Stencil bags.
• Operate all paper and mini-bulk baggers.
• Operate Transporter System.
• Operate each separate mill system.
• Perform Shipping Duties.
• Assist with maintenance tasks as required.
• Any other duties assigned by supervisor(s).

The successful incumbent will have the following Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED required
• Prior exposure to and understanding of operational equipment in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Demonstrated experience contributing within a team of professionals to deliver against set targets
• Demonstrated commitment to safety with previous experience in identifying and managing risks
