Spring Lake Village
The Dishwasher is responsible:
· For ensuring dishes and utensils are returned to kitchen, cleansed, sanitized and properly stored.
· Breaking down kitchen for cleanup.
· Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen and dining areas including sinks, washing machines, tables, cooking ranges, shelves, cabinets, etc.
· Empties trash/recycling from kitchen.
· Ensures that water is at the correct temperature to ensure optimum cleaning, rinsing and sanitizing, and maintains temperature and level of sanitizer logs.
· Transports food trays to residents, ensuring that the correct temps are maintained during transportation.
· Assists cooks as needed.
· Other duties as assigned by Executive Chef.
