The Graphic Designer is responsible for the creation and management of brand creative guidelines for consistent use company wide and across marketing campaigns. The Graphic Designer is also responsible for creating digital and print assets that are visually engaging and effectively communicates our brand message and technology to community lenders.

The Graphic Designer is responsible for the creation and management of brand creative guidelines for consistent use company wide and across marketing campaigns. The Graphic Designer is also responsible for creating digital and print assets that are visually engaging and effectively communicates our brand message and technology to community lenders.
Essential Functions:
- Manage creative direction for the Coviance brand guidelines, including consistent use of colors, fonts, imagery, styles, and layouts across marketing and sales channels
- Design and create digital assets, including graphics, videos, animations, and infographics, for use in marketing campaigns, website content, paid media, email and social media channels
- Develop print marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and sales presentations, to support sales, product marketing efforts, and event strategy
- Collaborate with contracted designers and web developers to enhance online presence through the creation of landing page layout, creative wireframes, and supporting graphics
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and translate ideas into visually appealing designs
- Conduct market trend research and competitive analysis to advise on best practices and optimizations regarding user experience and overall design
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in graphic design, social media management, and marketing
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma
- Experience with HubSpot, Webflow and Google Analytics preferred
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital design skills and marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with web analytics tools, including Google Analytics, and experience with SEO and SEM is a plus
