The Strategy Manager will report to the President of the Company.
Strategic planning
• Help Develop and maintain the company’s strategic vision and long-term plans
• Conduct thorough market analysis and competitor research to identify opportunities and threats
• Lead strategic planning processes, transforming company goals into actionable strategies
• Assess and mitigate strategic risks, ensuring the company’s resilience and sustainability
• Develop strategic financial plans and budgets
• Assist with mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships and other corporate development activities
• Assist Business Development Department with new business opportunities and market segments
Strategic Execution
• Oversee the implementation and execution of strategic initiatives
• Monitor performance against strategic goals and identify areas for improvement
• Drive innovation and foster a culture of strategic thinking within the organization
• Lead and manage strategic projects and initiatives across different departments
• Develop key performance indicators and track progress towards strategic goals
Communication and Collaboration
• Communicate the company’s strategy and vision to all stakeholders
• Collaborate with other management team members and department heads to ensure alignment and coordination
• Lead strategic meetings and presentations, both internally and externally
