What are the responsibilities and job description for the Weekend Receptionist position at Covington Behavioral Health Hospital?
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Perform general clerical duties assigned in accordance with the office procedures of the facility.
Answer and transfer telephone calls or take messages.
Sort and deliver incoming mail and send outgoing mail.
Schedule appointments and receive visitors.
Provide general information to staff, clients or the public.
Type, format or edit routine memos or other reports.
Copy, file and update paper and electronic documents.
Prepare and process bills and other office documents.
Collect information and perform data entry.
Must be able to work 12 hour shifts 9am-9pm on a rotating schedule this includes working every other weekend.(Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
OTHER FUNCTIONS:
- As a CMS regulated facility, this role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID -19 based on local, state and/or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.
