Project Manager Commercial Flooring

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee commercial sports flooring projects from end of sale to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction management processes. This role requires effective time management, project scheduling, and the ability to utilize various construction management software tools. The Project Manager will ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with contractual obligations. Project Management in commercial and or sports flooring experience is a huge plus. Must be passionate about your work!

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple flooring projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to facilitate smooth operations on the construction site.
• Utilize construction management software like ProCore for documentation, communication, and project tracking.
• Monitor project performance, identifying potential risks or issues early on and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the flooring industry or a related field. References will be needed and called upon
• Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
• Proficient in using construction management software such as ProCore.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience in project management tools similar to Structure is preferred.
• Strong understanding of contract management processes within the construction sector.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

• PM commercial flooring: 5 years (Preferred)

Language:
