Position Overview:
- Operate the paging/telephone system.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate locations.
- Provide directions and basic information to residents, visitors, and guests.
- Monitor visitors to ensure adherence to facility rules and report any suspicious behavior.
- Maintain updated lists, including resident room numbers, emergency contact numbers, and key personnel extensions.
- Distribute mail and handle job applications.
- Assist with filing, typing, and other administrative duties.
- Monitor and assist with visitor/resident check-in/out systems.
- Offer assistance to visitors waiting for administrative personnel.
- Ensure calls are handled appropriately for critical residents or those restricted from receiving calls.
- Monitor residents leaving the facility and notify the appropriate staff.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must have at least 2-year experience in a clerical position, or successfully completed a secretarial science program from an accredited school/college.
