Covington Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director to lead our Assisted Living and Memory Care Community. We have an assisted living and memory care. You will be supported by a dedicated team, including the Owners, a Marketer, Registered Nurse, Food Service Director, and Care Coordinator.

Location: Heber, UT (On-site)

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm

Pay: $60,000-80,000 annually Quarterly Bonus Potential

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, and oversight of all community operations in alignment with Covington’s standards and regulatory requirements.
• Promote a positive, respectful, and collaborative culture for staff, residents, and families.
• Lead strategic planning, quality improvement initiatives, and community engagement.
• Oversee financial performance, staffing, regulatory compliance, and resident satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for ownership, providing regular updates and insight.
• Ensure timely communication of policy changes and community updates to staff and residents.
• Foster a team-oriented environment that emphasizes safety, service, integrity, and accountability.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
• 2 years of management experience in a healthcare setting
• Previous experience working in geriatrics
