- Bachelor's degree preferred, or other licensed healthcare professional
- Genuine interest in the care and rehabilitation of facility residents
- Knowledge of long-term care and short-term rehab admission requirements
- Knowledge and experience of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care authorization processes
- A strong leadership interest and ability
- Must have strong relationship building skills
- Must have strong communication skills
- Must facilitate teamwork and be a team player
- Must remain in good standing with the facility attendance policy
- Must have a neat and professional appearance
